Golfing ‘Wisdom’ of the Day

The day , the play –

With Friday being a public holiday and the long weekend plans the Jaws Singgasana Charity Scramble was played on a Thursday afternoon.

Great weather greeted the 9 teams participating for bragging rights besides a case of beer and fun golf

Craig and Pete were out for a good fun round with Pete hitting it long off the tee and Craig making razor putts along with Gaurav and Divya who cut through the golf course ( one high as a kite) and the other hitting it longer than usual and then sinking some deadly long putts …

Prannoy and Emil, both long hitters were driving well today making all par 4 and 5 looks easy. Emil drove 310m on hole 2. They were scrambling a few holes and made a double in a par 3. However they managed to recover well with some birdies.

On the other hand, Bobby and Stephanie closed the first nine with 5 birdies and 2 bogies. Stephanie as usual tonks her drive from red tee to outdrive the boys. Bobby put the second shot to green in regulation. Good cooperation and all were having good fun today.

Marvin and Neil played nicely along with Jens and Shinta, who’s driver and the putter were hot today. With 4 bogeys and 3 birdies they almost went even with the courses par.
