Five brave JAWS members had the long trek out West to the quirky Takara Golf Course on a sunny morning. The course was in good condition but very deceptive and reflected in the scores.
Divya, Chris, Aidan, Jim and Sari played a five -ball.
Aidan started well with long drives but was let down by his short game and a double par on the par 5 was torture for him. Sari was hitting her drives well but found the course tough.
Jim played well and made many pars and was just let down by a few bad holes.
Meanwhile Divya was experimenting with different clubs in preparation for the 4 Club Event at Jagorawi and this was reflected in his score.
Chris was having a bad day and had to leave early due to a pre-arranged meeting so did not finish. Overall lots of fun and banter despite some high scores.
Congratulations to Divya, Sari and Jim who combined well to beat Aidan and Chris in a fun match and took the money home.
In other news congratulations and best wishes to Captain Tralok who has taken the responsibility to lead the JAWS SHARKS into a match play with the D.O.G.S on the 5th September 2020 at Permata Sentul.

And lastly thank you JAWS Sharks for coming out and supporting our partner society TeeSet in their world cup event this last Sunday. On last count about 25+ SHARKS participated and played really well guys in this event with NTP , Longest Drive as well as second best nett and third best nett being secured by JAWS SHARKS
Finally the wait is over and 20 SHARKS have already signed up !!
Next up is our beautiful home course JAGORAWI, the management (Arron Cole, Zac and their team) have been very kind and as promised, they have prepared the Old course for the JAWS 4 CLUB CHALLENGE to play this Friday the 7th August, 2020, tee off at 12 noon.
