20 JAWS players congregated at Jagorawi Old Course for the first JAWS game of the 2022 calendar year! As usual the course was in superb condition and despite all the heavy rain the Old Course Greens were running at 9.9 on the stint with a few 4 putts recorded by players. The Old Course remains a favourite in many golfer’s hearts and appeals to the purists among us who appreciate good course design, difficulty and for those who appreciate a challenge. We are looking forward to our return already! When only 3 player shooting their handicap or better you know it’s a tough setup… Great to see a good turnout turning up on a Tuesday morning up for a challenge.

Bobby Cangkrama had the round of the day shooting a Gross 82 and Nett 71 getting his 2022 off to a flying start, no easy feet on a course like the Old Course, some very solid all round golf Bobby, keep it up. A welcome back and well played to Greg White, the Bali Invitational A-Flight Champion continues to impress string a whole reel of pars on his score card, posting an impressive 84 Gross, Nett 72. Another solid performance from one of our new Ladies players, Stephanie Rina, also posting a Nett 72, great round of Golf. ‘The Bandito’ Divya managed to sneak in one more round before heading to the Middle East posting a respectable 74 Nett and some pocket money for the trip.
