15 JAWS Sharks tee’d it up at Cengkareng Golf Club aka ‘Cengkers’ for the JAWS Friday noon social golf game.
A warm welcome back to Colin Sifton, Mars De Jesus and female Indo pro player: Dea Mahendra, back from her Ladies Asian Tour adventures at Black Mountain, Thailand. The warmest welcome to first-timer Peter Cattanach visiting from Australia and keen to log a few games in Indonesia on his visit, welcome Peter!
The Play:
With all the wet weather and rain experienced in Jakarta and the strong winds on the day, the course was playing tough and long with only 1 player shooting nett par or better.
Great to see Indonesian Ladies Pro: Dea, back with JAWS and teeing it up with the lads from the blue tees. Great performance and the lads need to up their games next time it seems.
Han Peng, continues his fine form and is becoming a regular on the winners podium, with his consistent and reliable golf, keep it up Han!
Great to have Mars back with the JAWS weekday golfers and his game is solid as usual, hope to see you at more JAWS games MARS.
Vijay, the inform player in the the Expat golf community has left a trail of defeated MP players in his wake in weekend golfing circles, a bandit or just a Shark?

For JAWS upcoming games, in October and onwards, JAWS will now operate 1 weekly social golf game per week, rotating between Wednesday and Friday, Bogor/Sentul area and West Jakarta on alternate weeks.
